COVID -19 SALON RULES

1. Do not make an appointment if you have any covid-19 symptoms or feeling unwell. 
2. Children under 7 are strictly not allowed to accompany you to your appointment and must wait in a reception.
3. Do not make an appointment if you have just come back from travelling. Leave at least 14 days before making an appointment. 
4. Book your appointment online (including an appointment for a patch test).
5. Walk-in patch test won't be carried out, please book them online.
6. Wear a well-fitted face mask at all time. Make sure it covers your nose. If you don’t have one you can purchase one in the salon. 
7. Come to your appointment on time and not too early. If you are 10-15 min too early, please stay outside the salon, that way there are not too many people waiting for their appointments and breaking the social distancing rule. 
8. When you arrive, please proceed to the bathroom, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and sanitize them. 
9. I will try to be ready for your appointment, but there might be a possibility that I might run late. Just wait in the waiting area - I haven't forgotten about you :). 
10. You will be asked to have the mask on throughout the treatment. 
11. Please be patient and kind as we will be working during unusual circumstances and by no means trying to offend anyone or make them feel uncomfortable.  
12. The treatment might take slightly longer than usual & you might need to wait for a tiny bit. 
13. There will be extra time added after each appointment to ensure that a thorough cleaning and sterilization/sanitation of the treatment room, salon and myself is carried out. 
14. I will be wearing extra protective equipment like a face mask, face shield, single-use gloves etc. 
15. There will be tissues and sanitiser available at all time for your convenience.  
16. No coffee or tea will be offered. Please bring your own water bottle. You will be able to fill it up in a salon if need be.
